Lead Pastor Roger Hirth
Pastor Roger leads the charge at Generation with the vision of the church. He holds master’s degrees in Divinity and Theology, and he has a background in foreign missions. He and his wife, Teresa, were missionaries to Romania for 10 years,. One of Pastor Roger’s favorite quotes is from C.T. Studd, “Some wish to live within the sound of Church or Chapel bell; I want to run a Rescue Shop within a yard of hell.”

Senior Associate Pastor, Worship
Pastor Bryan is entrusted with leading the worship team and bringing Generation into an atmosphere of Christ-centered worship. He is also a part of the Pastoral Teaching team.

Taylor Kilcoyne
Associate Pastor, Youth
Pastor Taylor is passionate about seeing the young people of Generation Church meet God, discover their calling, and make an eternal impact in the lives of their friends and families.

Lois Renaud
Associate Pastor, Cafe Manager
Lois is passionate about coffee shops and people. Lois joined the Generation team to oversee the buildout and management of the Rex Cafe. Lois graduated from Hillsong college with a diploma of ministry in Pastoral leadership. After pastoring a church in the south of France for 8 years Lois and his family moved to the US to be closer to their American side of the family. Pastor Greg oversees the Care ministries of the church which includes leading our prayer teams and conducting hospital visits.

Shelby Kilcoyne
Finance Manager/2 & 3 Year Old Preschool Director
Shelby oversees the day to day financial operations of our church. When she’s not calculating numbers, you can find her in our 2-3 Preschool class making sure the youngest members of Generation are learning foundational biblical truth in a fun and engaging way! Operations Manager / Guest Services Director
Courtney is a wife and mother to three amazing boys. She passionately leads the Guest Services team in the lobby and her desire is that all who walk through the doors will experience a welcoming and life giving atmosphere. She strives for excellence in the details in order to create a positive and joyful experience where every person feels significant, seen, and loved. Nothing is too small, that God will not use it!
